Riyadh Airport Targeted in Another Attack: Injuries Reported

Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) announced that King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh was targeted in another attack this afternoon (October 11).

In its official statement, GACA confirmed that several people were injured in the attack but did not disclose the number of casualties.

Following the attack, GACA stated that damage assessments and aviation safety inspections are ongoing at airport facilities in coordination with the relevant authorities.

The statement did not provide any information regarding the current status of flight operations at the airport.
